The ZDLC series electric furnace vibration feeding vehicle produced by Qingdao Beno Magnetoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. adopts the vibration feeding method to evenly add the metal furnace charge into the electric furnace, so as to realize the stable feeding, minimize the impact of the material block on the furnace body, and the feeding is more in line with the process requirements, which is the best way to feed the electric furnace at present. There are two driving modes of electric furnace charging car: ordinary motor drive and variable frequency motor drive. Iron capacity has 1t, 2t, 3t, 4t, 5t, 6t, 8t, 10t, 20t, 25t and other specifications. Feeding car running stable, strong vibration (adjustable), feeding uniform, low noise, reliable and durable.
According to the layout of the feeding car and the layout of the electric furnace, there are six ways to choose when using the feeding car for feeding:

3. Vertical and horizontal bidirectional moving feeding mode (ZDLC-C)

The charging truck is equipped with four sets of hanging wheels (two active and two driven) suspended on two steel beams above the electric furnace, and can move horizontally to feed the parallel electric furnaces. More than two electric furnaces can share one charging truck, which does not occupy the space of the electric furnace platform, and is suitable for the transformation and use of the old-fashioned structure electric furnace platform under 5 tons.
