The ZDLC series electric furnace vibration feeding vehicle produced by Qingdao Beno Magnetoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. adopts the vibration feeding method to evenly add the metal furnace charge into the electric furnace, so as to realize the stable feeding, minimize the impact of the material block on the furnace body, and the feeding is more in line with the process requirements, which is the best way to feed the electric furnace at present. There are two kinds of drive modes: ordinary motor drive and variable frequency motor drive. Iron capacity has 1t, 2t, 3t, 4t, 5t, 6t, 8t, 10t, 20t, 25t and other specifications. Feeding car running stable, strong vibration (adjustable), feeding uniform, low noise, reliable and durable.
According to the layout of the feeding car and the layout of the electric furnace, there are six ways to choose when using the feeding car for feeding:
1. Longitudinal moving feeding mode (ZDLC-A)
2. Transverse moving feeding mode (ZDLC-B)
3. Vertical and horizontal bidirectional moving feeding mode (ZDLC-C)
4. Suspension vibration feeding mode (ZDLC-D)
5. Rotary vibration feeding mode (ZDLC-E)
6. Vibration feeding mode of cross rail (ZDLC-F)

There are longitudinal rails and transverse rails. The feeding car can move longitudinally or horizontally to feed the parallel electric furnaces. More than two electric furnaces can share one feeding car and one car can be used for dual purposes (multi-purpose). However, the structure and control of the two-way running car are complex, the production cost of the furnace table is high, and the vertical and horizontal rails of the electric furnace platform table are not at the same height. This method is suitable for the influence of obstacles (such as columns), feeding car must avoid electric furnace feeding method.
