The dust removal system of the electric furnace is equipped with a hydraulic turning cover before tilting and turning over, and a rotary spheroidizing side suction dust removal cover before the furnace, which is used to solve the smoke and dust generated during feeding, smelting, heat preservation and spheroidizing. The dust suction hood of each set of electric furnace is connected to the dust removal main line through the movable joint, and the combustion spark and the high temperature substance of large particles are removed through the spark arrestor, and then enters the bag filter. After the dust is filtered by the dust collector, it is discharged from the hopper, and the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the fan and the chimney. After filtering by the dust collector, the emission concentration of the gas discharged into the atmosphere meets the requirements of the GB16297-1996 "Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants. FD series pulse blowback dust collector adopts side-inserted pulse blowback, flat bag type external filter type dust collector, and adopts the downstream working principle of upper air inlet, middle filter and lower air outlet, which greatly reduces the resistance of the equipment and enhances the dust removal effect.

The whole system consists:
Dust collector, spark arrestor, electric butterfly valve temperature control device, rotary side suction hood, dust suction pipe network, chimney, induced draft fan, electrical control system.
Technical characteristics and quality assurance of dust collector:
Pre-test run in strict accordance with European standards before leaving the factory to ensure reliable, stable and safe equipment performance.
High-quality pulse valve is selected to ensure the effect of pulse back blowing and cleaning. The selection of pulse valve, the blowing distance at the bottom of the blowing pipe and the blowing pressure are precisely calculated.
The combination of compressed air back blowing and spring vibration beating ensures that the filter bag has the same overall dust removal, flexible dust removal, long life of the filter bag without wear, high-quality filter materials, good air permeability, small filter particle size, easy dust removal and corrosion resistance.
The flat cloth bag structure is adopted, the cloth bag is convenient to be replaced, the equipment structure is compact, and the area is small. In the case of the same filtration area, it only accounts for 2/3 of the current domestic production of dust collectors.
The maintenance of the equipment is simple, which avoids the inconvenience of extracting the cloth bag at the top of the old-fashioned dust collector in the past. The bag can be taken out directly after opening the maintenance door on the side of the dust collector. The length of the bag is 2.0 meters, and the maintenance is very simple.
The steel structures that make up the equipment are all cleaned by shot blasting to improve the appearance quality and service life of the equipment.
Adopting the downstream dust removal mode of upper air inlet and lower air outlet greatly reduces the equipment resistance, power energy consumption, and enhances the dust removal effect. Compared with other dust collectors with the same filter area, the long-term use energy consumption is reduced by more than 12%. The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the top of the dust removal system of the intermediate frequency furnace, and the dust-containing gas is evenly distributed, which improves the service life of the bag.
The dust emission concentration reaches the national environmental protection standard, and the emission concentration is ≤ 20 mg/m, which is better than the requirement of the GB16297-1996 "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" ≤ 80 mg/m.
