The filter cartridge dust collector is composed of air inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, box body, ash hopper, ash cleaning device, filter cartridge and electric control device.
The arrangement of the filter cartridges in the dust collector can be arranged vertically on the plate of the box body, or inclined on the plate, fixed with bolts, and padded with rubber pads; the upper part of the plate is a clean air chamber, and the lower part is a filter chamber. In addition to fixing the filter cartridge with bolts, it can also use an automatic locking device and a rubber compression device. These two methods are very convenient for installation and maintenance.
2. Working principle:
After the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper of the filter cartridge type dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow section, a part of coarse dust particles in the air flow settle down under the action of gravity and inertia. After the dust particles with fine particle size and small density enter the filter chamber, they are deposited on the surface of the filter material through the comprehensive effects of Brown diffusion and filter screen, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the exhaust pipe through the fan.
When the dust on the surface of the filter material reaches a certain thickness, the electromagnetic pulse valve of the filter cartridge dust collector is opened, and the compressed air in the air bag is injected into the filter cartridge through the electromagnetic pulse valve and a high-speed and high-pressure injection air flow enters the filter cartridge through the small hole on the injection pipe, causing instantaneous positive pressure in the filter cartridge and bulging and fretting. The dust deposited on the filter material falls off into the ash hopper and then is discharged through the unloader.
3. Dust cleaning system of filter cartridge type dust collector:
Cartridge type dust collector is especially suitable for workshop production line dust removal, or as a mobile dust collector. Due to the need for special processing, the area of the filter material per square of the folding filter cartridge is relatively larger than that of the filter bag, and the requirements for the dust cleaning system of the filter cartridge are relatively high. The wind speed is generally below 0.8 m/min, which is lower than the filter bag, so the cost of the filter cartridge dust collector is slightly higher than that of the bag filter.
Since the filter cartridge itself is a hard solid and no longer equipped with a skeleton, the dust removal of the filter cartridge is different from that of the traditional filter bag.
The filter cartridge dust cleaning method, that is, the pulse air flow is directly injected into the filter cartridge without passing through the Venturi, which will cause the end of the filter cartridge near the pulse valve (upper part) to bear negative pressure, while the other end of the filter cartridge (lower part) will bear positive pressure. This will cause the upper and lower parts of the filter cartridge to be different, which may shorten the service life and make the equipment unable to effectively clean the dust. For this reason, a Venturi nozzle for filter cartridge can be installed on the pulse valve outlet or pulse blowing pipe to improve the distribution of blowing pressure into a relatively uniform full filter cartridge height positive pressure blowing.
Dust accumulation in the folding seam of the filter cartridge will make cleaning more difficult. Therefore, a filter cartridge with a large folding area (the filter area of each filter cartridge reaches 20-22 ㎡) is more suitable for application in the case of lower inlet concentration, such as welding, cutting, grinding and other dust removal.
